Issue with POS Device – Contactless Payments Not Working

Dear everyone,

I am reaching out regarding an issue with our POS device at Papa Thang restaurant. We have noticed that contactless payments are not being read, and as a result, we can only process transactions using physical card insertions.

Could you please advise if there is a way for us to troubleshoot and fix this issue, or would a replacement device be necessary? We would appreciate any guidance you can provide, as this is impacting our ability to serve customers efficiently.

Sorry to hear that te terminal is not working properly. Could you please reboot the terminal by pressing the off/on button for approximately 10 seconds? Please let me know if that helps!
