I am reaching out regarding an issue with our POS device at Papa Thang restaurant. We have noticed that contactless payments are not being read, and as a result, we can only process transactions using physical card insertions.
Could you please advise if there is a way for us to troubleshoot and fix this issue, or would a replacement device be necessary? We would appreciate any guidance you can provide, as this is impacting our ability to serve customers efficiently.
