I have received Error Code 10006 on my terminal, what should I do?
Error Code 10006 occurs when the terminal fails to start or load a secure component required for processing secure payments. This issue can often be resolved by removing the battery, allowing the terminal to rest for approximately 10 minutes, and then trying again.
If the issue persists, we recommend contacting support@tebi.com to arrange a replacement order.
If you receive this error: InvalidClientVersion: The Tebi app is outdated.
What to do:
- Ensure the terminal is charged and turned on, then restart it.
- If the issue persists, go to Settings > Apps and manually update the app. Make sure the device is connected to the internet during this process.
