My terminal is broken. How do I get a replacement?

If your terminal falls outside of the warranty period, take the following steps:

  • Contact support@tebi.co to start the return process for the faulty terminal. Please share the following information:
    • Serial number of the terminal
    • A short description of what’s wrong with the terminal
    • The shipping address to which the return box can be shipped to
  • Order new terminals via the Tebi Back Office. Please follow the instructions in this article.

If your terminal is still within Adyen’s four month warranty period, please contact support@tebi.co and we’ll get you sorted.

Our AMS1 terminal with serial number 0001682301 has stopped working. :broken_heart: I was curious if this terminal still has waranty, and if so, if we could set up the delivery of a new terminal with a return box for the old terminal as soon as possible.

You ordered the terminal on September 15, 2024, which means it’s still covered under warranty. However, please note that any liquid damage detected may void the warranty.
