Broken terminal

My terminal is broken. How do I get a replacement?

If your terminal falls outside of the warranty period, take the following steps:

  • Contact support@tebi.co to start the return process for the faulty terminal. Please share the following information:
    • Serial number of the terminal
    • A short description of what’s wrong with the terminal
    • The shipping address to which the return box can be shipped to
  • Order new terminals via the Tebi Back Office. Please follow the instructions in this article.

If your terminal is still within Adyen’s four month warranty period, please contact support@tebi.co and we’ll get you sorted.
