Broken terminal

My terminal is broken. How do I get a replacement?

If your terminal falls outside of the warranty period, take the following steps:

  • Contact to start the return process for the faulty terminal. Please share the following information:
    • Serial number of the terminal
    • A short description of what’s wrong with the terminal
    • The shipping address to which the return box can be shipped to
  • Order new terminals via the Tebi Back Office. Please follow the instructions in this article.

If your terminal is still within Adyen’s four month warranty period, please contact and we’ll get you sorted.
