I have an issue to setup tebi payment on my account. When trying to identify my business address, they asked my ID however on my French passport it’s not my actual business address. How can I make it work? For some reasons, I can’t find number support.

Hi, the upload of your ID document is to verify your personal identity. Please upload the ID again using the Manual upload, sticking to the following requirements:
- The document is not expired or damaged
- Provide the page with the photo, including the code on the bottom
- The full document needs to be visible, with all text readable
- Images have to be in color
Please let me know if this resolves the issue.

Thanks for helping.
I’ve followed the rule you shared, the error message states that “The name and residence country couldn’t be verified.” which make sense because on the ID the residence isn’t the right one. I am constantly uploading the ID with clear picture but it does not change.

Hi Corentin,
If the ID is from a different country, the system will additionally ask you to upload a proof of residence. May I ask what document type you are uploading? The types of documents that work are:
- Driver’s license
- Passport
- Identity card
