My password was authorized and now is not

Hello there. I hope you are doing good. My name is Christos and I am the restaurant manager at Nooch restaurant. Yesterday I was doing the floor plan of our restaurant and after that I logged out. When I went again to log in was writing a message that “Your account is not authorized” I really need it how can i solve the problem ?

Here are the most likely solutions:

  1. Try the Back Office first: Go to Tebi Backoffice and click “Continue with Google” rather than entering credentials manually. Make sure you’re using the Google account associated with your Tebi setup.
  2. Check if you need to create a user account: If someone else set up the main Tebi account, you might need them to create a user profile for you with Manager or Owner permissions.
  3. Account verification: Sometimes accounts need to complete the verification process, especially if this is a newer setup.
