Hello there. I hope you are doing good. My name is Christos and I am the restaurant manager at Nooch restaurant. Yesterday I was doing the floor plan of our restaurant and after that I logged out. When I went again to log in was writing a message that “Your account is not authorized” I really need it how can i solve the problem ?
Here are the most likely solutions:
- Try the Back Office first: Go to Tebi Backoffice and click “Continue with Google” rather than entering credentials manually. Make sure you’re using the Google account associated with your Tebi setup.
- Check if you need to create a user account: If someone else set up the main Tebi account, you might need them to create a user profile for you with Manager or Owner permissions.
- Account verification: Sometimes accounts need to complete the verification process, especially if this is a newer setup.
