Custom fields in reservations widget

I’m interested in finding out what brings my guests to my restaurant, so that we can personalize their experience.

Is there a way to ask for the reason why they’re making a reservation? For example, through a custom field in the reservations widget?

Thanks for your question! You can include a custom message in the confirmation email—for example, to provide details about accessibility, payment methods, or simply to thank your customers for their reservation. You could also use this to ask why they are booking. However, adding a custom field directly to the reservation widget is not possible at the moment.

You can set this up in the back office under Reservations > Weergave.
