I am doing a presale of a product, I would like to use the Tebi platform to send a link for customers to pay with an invoice in the POS for their items–and see that they paid within the platform. I thought this was possible. I can of course do a Tikkie, but i would prefer if everything was neat in the POS system.
I tried to do the invoice route, but it does not provide a means to pay.
You can indeed use invoicing for your presale. The reason no payment link is shared with your customer is because the setting External invoicing is turned on. With this setting enabled you will send the invoice to your own bookkeeping system and not to your customer. If you turn this off, then you will use Tebi to send invoices to your customers.
After the invoice has been sent, your customer will receive an email with a link to pay the sale as well as a PDF with all the information about the sales applied to their account.
In the Tebi Back Office > Sales > Settings, make sure to fill in all the Business details, including the IBAN, which will appear on the Invoice.
A QR code will show on the invoice that the customer can use to pay for the invoice.
You can find th External invoicing toggle in the Tebi Back Office > Sales > Settings.
