There are various options to help you find the content you’re looking for.
Basic Search with the right keyword
To perform a basic search, simply type your search terms into the search bar. Try to be specific and use Tebi terminology like Sales grid or Modifier. The search tool will look for these terms in posts, topics, and other relevant content.
Advanced Search Options
To access the advanced search options, klik on the setting icon on the right side of the search bar.
- Categorised allows you to search within a specific category
- Where topics allows you to search by status, so if you are look for an answer to a question, you may want to filter on topics that have already been resolved. If you want to share information on a topic, you may want to filter on open topics
- Select relevant Tags to narrow down your search even more
- If you are interested in finding a post from a specific user, type in the name of the user and select
