I recently opened a new bank account. Could you please advise me on the steps I need to take to update my account information?

To change the Sales Payout bank account:

  • Log into Adyen Essentials
  • Go to Finance > Payout accounts
  • Remove the existing bank account
  • Add the new bank account

Keep in mind that it may take some time for the new bank account to be approved by Adyen. To avoid a delay in your payout, replace the bank account right after you received your payout.
